The latest investment, which consists of 60 apartments with spacious gardens, balconies and terraces. The biggest advantage of Gardino Park is the immediate neighborhood of Żerniki Park, whose old trees almost “enter” into the apartments. Walking, running and cycling paths, as well as an outdoor gym, are just outside the door. MICRO.HOME PROMENADY

Slonimskiego Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2023

A breakthrough student housing project in the company’s portfolio in the heart of the city in the Promenady Wrocławskie housing estate, consisting of 162 micro-apartments and 8 commercial premises. The facility is complemented by a reception with luggage storage, a multi-functional club room and a public roof terrace. The infrastructure of the dormitory is complemented by an underground garage and a ground parking lot with E-V vehicle chargers. The Wrocław architectural studio – Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci – is responsible for the project.

VILLA FONTE

Mickiewicza Street, Polanica Zdroj, year of completion: 2022

An intimate residential investment in Polanica-Zdrój. The facility consists of 24 holiday apartments with gardens, terraces and balconies located in the immediate vicinity of greenery, approx. 900 m from the Spa Park. There is a multi-car garage on the underground floor. The Wrocław architectural studio – PERSPECTIV is responsible for the project.

POLANICA RESIDENCE

Chopina Street, Polanica Zdroj, year of completion: 2020

The first aparthotel in the history of our activity located in the intimate and green zone of the Polanica Zdroj health resort. The project included 62 holiday apartments, a SPA zone, a representative lobby with a reception desk and an underground garage with a bicycle room and a ski room. The building has an apartment value. It is directly adjacent to old trees, so you can get the impression that it is literally drowned in the green scenery of the resort. The Wroclaw architectural studio – Dziewonski Lukaszewicz Architekci is responsible for the project.

BRZOZOWE ZACISZE (4th STAGE)

Maslicka Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2019

The fourth stage of the ‘Brzozowe Zacisze’ housing estate is the culmination of our iconic project initiated in 2013. This is the final stage of the investment with a pool of 124 apartments. The 4th stage includes: a playground for children, an outdoor gym, above-ground parking spaces, green common areas. The estate is closed and monitored. Has an underground garage. Ground floor apartments have green gardens or spacious terraces, while apartments on the top floor have spacious mezzanines for multi-variant arrangement. The well-known and respected Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

RYCHTALSKA 20

Rychtalska Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2019

The building in the city center assumed the implementation of approx. 94 premises of various structures. On the last floors of individual parts of the building there are flats with a slightly higher standard of equipment with mezzanines. In an “empty” space a built-in bicycle room is provided. The roof surface is a place for rest and recreation of residents – there is a barbecue shed with an outdoor gym. The convenient location, functional solutions, efficient connection to the city’s communication system and the right number of parking spaces are to create a comfortable place to live and function in the city. Grupa Platforma Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

BRZOZOWE ZACISZE (3rd STAGE)

Maslicka Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2017

The third stage of the project called “Brzozowe Zacisze” gathered 113 family flats. The housing estate design consists of charming, one- and two-level apartments, located in modern buildings with stylish architecture. The thoughtful layout has allowed any arrangement to meet the needs of singles, young couples and large families, while the spacious terraces, balconies and gardens providing the perfect space for relaxation and rest. In the estate, we’ve also located a playground for children and an outdoor gym. The Pro Art KONOPKA studio is responsible for the project.

OSIEDLE DALIA (2nd STAGE)

Daliowa Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2016

The second stage of Dalia Housing Estate is a continuation of the small estate, located at Daliowa Street next to the park of the University of Life Sciences in Wroclaw. Around 40 flats were built in atrial and terraced housing. The investment located in Wroclaw Pawlowice is a response to the needs of people who value peace, green surroundings, as well as active forms of spending free time. It’s a good place to live for young couples and families with children. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

BRZOZOWE ZACISZE (2nd STAGE)

The second stage of the “Brzozowe Zacisze” project accumulates less than 50 premises. The estate is distinguished by an extremely impressive style of buildings combined with the phenomenal arrangement of green public space. The apartments are characterized by functional and original interiors. They have gardens, terraces, balconies or mezzanines. The park and forest area is the perfect place to spend time outdoors. You can also relax here after work, completely forgetting about the hustle and bustle. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

BOTANICA RESIDENCE

Sienkiewicza Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2013

Botanica Residence is an office and apartment building located in the heart of Wroclaw, in which everything – from the choice of place to the color of the facade – is carefully thought out. It is the quintessence of elegance and prestige. The main idea of the investment is to combine the charm of nature with the beauty of modernity. The building blends in with the surroundings – the architectural form harmonizes with the existing buildings, and the plant applications on the southern wall of the building refer to the neighboring Botanical Garden. The facility consists of 2.5 thousand m2 of office space, as well as 14 luxury penthouses and 18 studios with short and long-term lease orientation. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

BRZOZOWE ZACISZE (1st STAGE)

Brzozowe Zacisze is a modern, family estate, located on Maslice in Wrocław. In the first stage of the project, you could choose from 76 comfortable flats in 1-, 2- and 3-room versions. The investment was designed with the residents comfort and well-being in mind. In the close neighborhood there are Pilczycki, Osobowicki, Redzinski Forests and several hundred hectares of Mokrzanski Forest. You can spend your free time there on bike rides or family picnics. The green area guarantees the inhabitants exceptionally clean and fresh air. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

SOLSKI CENTER

Solskiego Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2012

The Solski Center is a residential and service complex located in the heart of Oporow, at the intersection of Solskiego and Wiejska streets. The building has 54 premises. The low buildings in the area as well as modern technical solutions and monitoring ensure tenants comfort and safety. The prestige of the building is emphasized by a large number of glazing and a modern facade in muted colors. The area offers recreational areas, among others, Grabiszynski Park with numerous walking and cycling routes. Nearby there are shops, a bank, a pharmacy, a school and a kindergarten as well as recreational facilities. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

STREET HOUSE

Damrota Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2010

A housing and service project comprising 42 premises. On the top floor there are penthouse apartments with spacious green terraces on the roof of the building with a perfect exposure to Wroclaw’s Downtown, as well as the boulevards on the Odra River in the vicinity of the Warsaw Bridges. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

OSIEDLE DALIA (1st STAGE)

Daliowa Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2010

The Dalia housing estate is located in Wroclaw Pawlowice. The complex combines all the features of modern construction with the stunning landscape of the Palace Park. 20 semi-detached houses with private gardens and garages, “postcard-like” surroundings, convenient and quick access to the center of Wroclaw. Thanks to the “ring-shaped” arrangement of buildings, the residential zone is maximally autonomized, and the atmospheric estate square and phenomenal greenery allow you to enjoy blissful silence and a family atmosphere. The author’s architectural studio PERSPECTIV is responsible for the project.

APARTHOUSE OPORÓW

Wiejska Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2008

44 apartments located in one of the most prestigious districts of Wroclaw – Oporow. The estate is characterized by a density of greenery, and the old trees bordering the plot mean that the common areas appear to residents as a pocket park. 5 min to Wroclaw Highway Beltway, the same as to the charming Grabiszynski Park with a family golf center and a special catwalk. An investment tailored to mature Wroclaw residents. The Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible for the project.

BURSZTYNOWY ZAUŁEK

Bursztynowa Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2007

Part of a larger housing estate complex, in which we separated 18 spacious family apartments. The buildings are located in Wroclaw Oltaszyn – a district especially popular among customers from the PREMIUM segment. In the common areas, the designer has envisaged a diverse green area that completes the estate’s function of a “city bedroom” with a zone of silence and relaxation. The investment is characterized by timeless architecture, for which the Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci studio is responsible.

OSIEDLE PROMYK

Zabrodzka Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2006

A multi-family housing estate located in Klecina in the close vicinity of the Aleja Bielany shopping park. Two buildings with less than 20 residential premises were designed in the English style with a characteristic attic. A playground with a sports field was also available to buyers. TERRA Stefan Müller’s Studio was responsible for the project.

OSIEDLE SKARBOWCÓW

Skarbowcow Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2004

One of the first independent DOM.developer investments – the Skarbowcow estate is located in the very center of Krzyki. The project assumed the construction of 78 residential premises with independent garages, as well as a playground for children. The building has a full cross-section of flats, from studios to large, several-family flats. TERRA Stefan Müller’s Studio was responsible for the project.

OSIEDLE LEŚNE

Dolnobrzeska Street, Wroclaw, year of completion: 2002

The first independent housing investment of the company located in Lesnica, on the suburbs of Wroclaw. 112 apartments of various sizes were commissioned in the building. The implementation of the concept for which the Pietrucha Mroziuk studio was responsible allowed DOM.developer to appear on the residential map of the city and its surroundings for the first time.
